Vanilla Infused Granola Parfait

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thick yogurt (Greek or plain)
  • ¼ tsp Plus 1 Desserts Alcoholic Vanilla Extract (or adjust to taste)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • ½ cup Plus 1 Desserts Vanilla-Infused Granola
  • Fresh fruit for topping (blackberries used here)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Sieve the yogurt: Even thick yogurt like Greek yogurt benefits from a quick strain to remove excess moisture. This gives your parfait a rich, creamy texture.
  2. Mix the base: Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener (if using) into the sieved yogurt until well combined.
  3. Layer up: In a glass or jar, start with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture, add granola, repeat layers to your liking.
  4. Top it off: Add fresh fruit of choice—blackberries add a beautiful pop, but mango, strawberries, or banana also work wonders.
  5. Serve immediately: Best enjoyed fresh when the granola still holds its crunch.
